O.gun.0316.jl.photo lytle.Oceanside police Officers handcuff suspect at gunpiont infront of the Seven Eleven on South Coast High Way and Cassidy Monday afternoon after the police recieved 3 911 calls on a subject carring a gun, wearing a beannie with a red stripe on it in the area. The weapon turned out to be a toy gun and the suspect was reliesed shortly after.
